Not-yet Christians

You are very welcome. We suggest you just explore, being open to what God might be saying to you.

If life is not the way you want it to be

You are doing the right thing. Jesus can make all the difference. We certainly hope that this site might introduce you to Him. Use the links below to discover more about Jesus.

On the other hand, a website is not as good as a friend.

  • Do you know a Christian whom you respect? Talk to him/her.

  • Is there a good church near you? The minister/pastor/priest would be very happy to help you.

If you do not know any Christians or churches, ask your friends if they do or google a local church.

Just remember: Jesus can make all the difference.

There is hope.

You can also pray. You might not know God but He knows you and will hear your prayer.

You could say something like the following.

God, I do not know you well. If you are real, please help me.

You know my situation. You know about...

I do not know what to do and I need your help.

Please... (Tell God what you need.)

Thank you. Amen.

Who is Jesus?

What is the Good News?

I still have questions

Is it worth it?

When you are ready to make the decision

Tell God

He will be delighted! He is waiting to hear your decision. You can do it in your own words but you might pray something like this...

Dear God, I have been living my life my way and not your way. I understand that Jesus died for my sins so I am trusting Him and asking for Your forgiveness.

Please help me to do things Your way from now on. Please speak to me, change me and give me the strength I will need.

Thank You that You love me enough to care about me, and enough that Jesus died for me.

Thank You. Amen.

Tell someone

It is not always easy saying what you have done. You might not know how to describe it. Some people will not appreciate it.

Nevertheless, there is real value in doing it.

  • The right people will celebrate with you.

  • The right people will want to support you as you grow.

  • Somehow, it solidifies your decision when you put it into words.

Be discerning who you tell. Some people will disagree with your choice and try to dissuade you or might attack you. Tell those who you know will be supportive.

On the other hand, there are some people who might not understand but still need to know - the people closest to you and the people who will be affected by your decision. Telling them will take courage but Jesus will help you.

  • Pray about it.

  • Ask for help to do it lovingly and gently

  • Do it.

  • If the reaction is not good, recognise that some people will oppose what God is doing. It has always been that way. people opposed Jesus too. Pray for His help in handling it.

Find good support

Probably those you tell will be delighted and will want to help you in this new adventure.
